Yes. Most Geno Interior pieces are designed for practical home installation. For larger furniture or wall-mounted items, we provide clear guidance to help customers install them safely and correctly.
For heavy or oversized pieces, we recommend having two people handle the installation or working with a local professional installer to ensure the piece is securely placed.
Does The Furniture Get Termites?
Geno Interior uses carefully selected solid natural wood, and each piece is properly dried, treated, finished, and inspected before leaving our workshop.
However, because solid wood is still a natural material, proper care is important. We recommend keeping the furniture in a dry, well-ventilated indoor space and avoiding long-term exposure to moisture, damp walls, or untreated outdoor areas. With proper use and care, the risk of termites is greatly reduced.
Do You Offer Customization Options?
Yes. Geno Interior offers customization options for selected products.
Customers can request adjustments such as size, wood tone, finish, shape, or design details, depending on the product structure and workshop feasibility. Since every piece is made with care, our team will review each custom request carefully before confirming production.
For custom orders, customers can share their preferred dimensions, reference images, room style, and any special requirements so we can provide suitable recommendations.
How Should I Care For and Maintain My Furniture?
To keep your furniture in good condition, place it in a stable environment and avoid direct sunlight, excessive moisture, or heat. Clean regularly with a soft dry cloth, wipe spills immediately, and use wood oil or beeswax 3–4 times per year to maintain the natural finish. We also recommend checking and tightening joints when needed.

Shipping and Delivery
How Long Will It Take To Receive My Order?
Delivery time may vary depending on your location and the availability of the product. In most cases, orders are delivered within 10–17 business days after they have been shipped. Once your order leaves our warehouse, we will send tracking information to your email so you can follow its delivery status.
How Do I Track My Order?
Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email containing your tracking details. You can use this information to follow your package until it arrives at your door. Please note that tracking information will become active once the carrier has received and processed your package.
You can also track your order directly on our website by visiting the “Track Your Order” section. Simply enter the required details, such as your order number and email address or phone number, to view your order status.

At Geno Interior, most of our orders are custom-made, so we are unable to accept returns. However, we do have refund policies that apply to specific situations.
